Payment Methods
Orders on our website can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover— or Check, Money Orders & Wire Transfers.
Sales Tax
AVDepot.net only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within the state of New Jersey. Canadian customers: please note that AVDepot.net is not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions.
Shipping
At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, and Canada. AVDepot.net proudly ships to our Armed Forces. APO/FPO customers please email us for a quote. Most orders are shipped within seven business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
TVs, Projection, Plasma and Speakers
are shipped using Common Carriers and specialized delivery services and will generally arrive 8-14 working days after placing order.
Returns/Order Cancellations
Any order placed and later cancelled will be responsible for a 5% cancellation charge. AVDepot.net on most items offers an exclusive 7-day exchange/refund. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards not filled-out, with manuals and accessories. The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' authorized service centers: TVs and monitors 20" and up and plasma tvs. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Car Stereo and electronic equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit!).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit (excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges), after you receive a Return Authorization number from AVDepot.net. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the product's receipt. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Depending on the condition of the goods and packaging material additional charges may be incurred. For a Return Authorization (RA) number please EMAIL US TO:SALES@AVDEPOT.NET .
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Concealed Damage
All products receiving “Freight Delivery” must be inspected before signing for it. No claims for concealed damage will be considered afterwards.

Model and Price Changes
Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our catalog, please call us for information. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered, we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up, we may be obligated to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price change to secure your instructions.
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order. AVDepot.net is Not responsible for typographical errors. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.
Warranties
All audio equipment, TVs (including plasmas), components, and accessories comes with a warranty. If a manufacturer denies access to it's warranty, AVDepot.net will step in and fully supply the product with the same full warranty and the same time duration on the warranty as would the manufacturer's original warranty be valid for. If an item is defective at anytime during the length of the manufacturer's original warranty, we will issue to you a UPS return label, and have it repaired or replaced and then returned to you at our expense (excluding TVs) which would be an in-home service. If an item is defective within 14 days of receipt, we will exchange it for you at our expense.
