We accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 2 weeks (7 days) after you receive your shipment. You must return item(s) in their original condition, with all original packing, instructions, and accessories. Such returns are subject to a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. You must request and receive RETURN AUTHORIZATION from us prior to returning any items for any reason. All sales are FINAL on projection televisions, camcorders, satellite receivers, phono cartridges, and other consumable goods, except in the instance of defective merchandise, which will be exchanged for another identical item
